The diamonds are then permanently bonded via a nickel plating onto a steel substrate. Just 40% of each crystal protrudes above the nickel plating. Ensuring the bonding process is a permanent one.
Monocrystalline Diamond is a strong, single crystal rather than POLYCRYSTALLINE, a multi faceted diamond that has a tendency to fragment and certainly falls short in performance when compared to of the MONOCRYSTALLINE Diamond.
