About us

Prime Tools started in 2013 as a specialist source for woodworking finishes, moisture meters, saw blades, and shop tools. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so what you buy comes factory-fresh through the manufacturer's own distribution, never commingled or gray-market.

Honest pricing. Our prices match what you would pay for the same item on Amazon, without coupon games. Orders over $49 ship free and arrive in 2 to 3 business days to most of the US.

In stock means in stock. We only show what we can ship today, from our Iowa warehouse and a network of fulfillment warehouses across the country.

Our guarantee. If you are not happy with an order, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Reaching us. We are a small team without a phone line, and email is the fastest way to get an answer: support@primetools.com. Most common questions are answered on the FAQ.
