Returns

If you are not satisfied, return eligible items within 30 days of your order for a full refund to the original payment method. Prime Tools covers the return shipping.

• Email support@primetools.com with your order number and the address you are shipping from. We reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Please wait for the authorization before sending anything back.
• Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item arrives.
