Forrest Woodworker II blades are all-purpose ATB (alternate top bevel) blades built to rip and crosscut on the same blade, on stationary, sliding, or portable table saws. The alternating bevel grind shears wood fibers cleanly on both sides of the cut, leaving an edge close to sanded on hardwoods, softwoods, and plywood, with little to no splinter or tear-out - useful for cabinet making, furniture work, and finish carpentry where the cut edge is the finished edge.
The line runs from 5-3/8 inch blades sized for smaller and cordless saws up to 16 inch blades for larger stationary saws, in 30, 40, and 48 tooth counts, with kerf widths from 5/64 to 11/64 inch and arbor bores in 10mm, 5/8 inch, and 1 inch depending on size. Hook angle is 15 degrees on the standard grind. Sizes carried: 5-3/8", 6", 7-1/4", 8", 8-1/4", 9", 10", 10-1/4", 12", 14", and 16", each available in more than one tooth count and kerf combination.
Pick the diameter and arbor that match your saw, then match tooth count to the cut: 30-tooth blades rip faster in stock over 2 inches thick, 40 and 48-tooth blades give a finer crosscut finish.
